About Camp Forthefunofit!
All locations are certified and licensed by the Texas State Department of Family and Protection Services, Child Care Licensing Division.
Camp counselors must complete CPR and first aid training
Counselors must complete training in childhood education every year.
Counselors are investigated through state and federal background checks.
Site directors must complete training in management and childhood education each year.
All staff adhere to Texas state standards for Camp Forthefunofit!
Drivers must maintain impeccable driving records and complete annual transportation training.

Structured Child Care and Summer Camps
Site Directors plan and implement daily camp schedules with both fun and educational activities.
Our schedule starts when the doors open at 7:30 am and ends at the close of the day camp at 6:00 pm.
Children are encouraged to participate in all camp activities.
The camp theme changes daily offering children a multitude of experiences.
We make the most of our time together with both indoor and outdoor activities.
Children are divided into smaller groups based on their age and development.
Children are supervised at all times by certified camp staff.
Children have time throughout the day for individual and group activities.
We encourage new friendships and cooperative play.
All safety standards implemented by Camp Forthefunofit! and the State of Texas are enforced.
